Homeowner Protection Alliance’s mission is to help homeowners understand what options are available, avoid scams, and find the right path to keep their homes. Homeowner Protection Alliance protects homeowners from Foreclosure, and from unfair foreclosure actions by lenders.
- In 2012, we joined together and created our advocacy group HPA. Our goal was and always has been to help homeowners like yourself and like ourselves in need of honest straightforward help.
- By 2014, we continued our efforts and assisted over 400 homeowners in protecting their homes and families.
- In 2015, we helped and protected over 500 more homeowners in keeping their homes safe from foreclosures.
- In 2016, we continued our important work helping and protecting over 600 more homeowners.

Homeowner Protection Alliance is not associated with the Government or any state government office. Our services are not approved by the government, your state, or your mortgage company.
Even if you accept our help and use our service, your lender may still not agree to change/modify your loan.
It is illegal for anyone to accept upfront payment from homeowners in regards to mortgage assistance or loan modification services.
Homeowners should always stay in communication with the mortgage Servicer on their loan, and mortgage companies and lenders may decide against modifying mortgage terms per guidelines and program restrictions.
You should Never discontinue communication with your mortgage company.
You should NEVER stop making mortgage payments on purpose, or in an effort to qualify for help.
It is not necessary to pay a third party to arrange for a loan modification or other form of forbearance from your mortgage lender or servicer. You may call your lender directly to ask for a change in your loan terms. Nonprofit housing counseling agencies also offer these and other forms of borrower assistance free of charge. A list of nonprofit housing counseling agencies approved by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is available from your local HUD office or by visiting www.hud.gov.

We will conduct a joint conference with you, us, and your mortgage company or foreclosing firm. We will ask your mortgage company many tough but necessary questions. We will help you get to the bottom of why they are foreclosing, what options you have available, and what you can do to avoid losing your home. We will go through as many departments and decision-makers as necessary as your mortgage company to get all the facts. We will not allow them to lie, misrepresent the facts, mistreat or run us in circles the way they do with you.
